Technical Support Engineer (Intune)

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MDM, and MAM
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills

• PowerShell
• DNS
• DHCP

• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune / MDM environments
• Device management for Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android platforms
• Configure and deploy security and compliance policies
• Support Windows Autopilot, applications, and Windows updates
• Handle escalations and collaborate with engineering teams
