• Extensive experience leading large-scale data, analytics, or platform transformation programs.
• Proven track record in implementing enterprise data platforms such as Data Lake, Data Fabric, or Lakehouse.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Data Governance, data modeling, and data architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the delivery and rollout of the enterprise data platform.
• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and project priorities.
• Oversee data architecture, governance, and data quality initiatives.
