Salesforce Architect

• 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or similar roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations) and CPQ.
• Hands-on experience in integrated ecosystems involving Salesforce and/or SAP (S/4HANA) and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, API-led architecture, and event-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors in global delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.
• Agile/SAFe delivery understanding and DevOps awareness.

• Lead solution design activities and define end-to-end architecture aligned with enterprise strategy and business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce-centric solutions, ensuring proper integration with SAP and other systems.
• Define and maintain the target architecture, including application landscape and integration blueprint.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend optimal approaches across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud-native technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and external partners to ensure quality delivery and alignment with standards.
• Validate supplier deliverables and ensure compliance with architecture, design, and business expectations.
• Support innovation initiatives, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
