SAP Application Maintenance/Transport Management Internship Program (He/She/They)

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in SAP systems, Change Management, and Transport Management processes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or willingness to develop skills in this area.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SAP Basis, SAP BW Modeling, or ABAP development concepts.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Communicative German language skills.
• Experience in any kind of employment.
• Experience in direct contact with customers.
• Active student status or a technical degree with the ability to work 40 hours per week.

• Help maintain SAP environments and support transport management activities across development, test, and production systems.
• Assist in monitoring SAP transport flows, supporting transport migrations, and resolving operational issues.
• Support Application Maintenance processes including system monitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives.
• Work with SAP Solution Manager to support change and transport management processes.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to learn SAP landscape administration, deployment, and release management processes.
• Document projects, changes, and operational procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities while developing technical and analytical skills.
