• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in technically complex and dynamic environments.
• Experience preferably within global Finance/Insurance or regulated industries.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Strong skills in project, financial, and change management, and facilitation.
• Ability to lead and direct projects under a unified project lens without compromising business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholder interests.
• Ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health for stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to manage and track project costs and budgets.
• Capability to coordinate functional and geographic workstreams and deliver unified business change.
• Consulting and collaborative working style with a culture of accountability and sharing.
• Willingness to develop less experienced PMs and build high performing teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of German language.

• Run and manage multiple complex projects with budgets of approximately £1m - £4m using formal project management techniques.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements, and stay within agreed budgets.
• Create project charters outlining scope, budget, resources, schedules, and approaches.
• Drive consistent, efficient project delivery and ensure smooth transition of solutions into production.
• Manage vendor relationships and resource utilization minimizing external onshore and offshore resources.
• Establish and maintain effective work relationships with all stakeholders and act as key project contact.
• Identify issues and risks, analyze options, manage impacts, and take appropriate actions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report progress against milestones and budgets with transparent communication to Management and Executive Leadership.
• Actively track and manage all project costs, including SOWs, contracts, and internal resource assignments, ensuring accurate forecasts in SAP and Clarity.
• Coordinate timely completion of documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, and compliance gate requests to align with project schedules.
