Software Engineer III, Engineering and Technical Program Management

Google Cloud delivers enterprise-grade solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology and supports digital transformation for customers in over 200 countries. The EasySaaS project aims to build a platform toolkit allowing service providers to integrate their software with Google Cloud and manage its lifecycle at scale.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Preferred: Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Preferred: Experience in Go, C++, Java, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience delivering cloud-based products, including Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: Experience with highly scalable and reliable systems.

• Write product or system development code.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback on best practices.
• Implement service lifecycle management logic across Google Cloud.
• Triage product or system issues and analyze sources of problems affecting hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
