Ads Solutions Engineering Manager, gTech

The gTech Ads Solutions team provides consulting and scaled engineering solutions to advertisers, focusing on technical implementation, optimization, and engineering to help customers achieve business goals and build marketing capabilities. The Ads Solutions Engineering (ASE) team develops technical advertising solutions across industries and segments for Google Ads Business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
• 10 years of coding experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical leadership and leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
• Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud technologies, architecting or maintaining cloud solutions or cloud data engineering.
• Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
• Experience working with systems such as Linux or Unix.

• Lead a team of Customer and Partner Solutions Engineers focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development.
• Deliver the strategic vision for the organization aligned with customer needs and cross-functional execution.
• Provide thought leadership and develop AI solution offerings aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive automation, AI integration, and workflow efficiency for Google and customers.
