The Cloud Tech recruiting team supports a fast-growing Engineering team across EMEA, managing the full recruiting process from strategy to offer acceptance.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
- Experience in technical recruiting, including hiring for Poland.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies, including Boolean search techniques and optimizing recruiting platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in closing and discussing complex compensation packages.
- Familiarity with local talent organizations.
- Ability to prioritize and perform in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills and initiative to build productive relationships.
- Strong accountability, work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Obowiązki
- Manage strong partnerships with hiring teams and partner teams (e.g., Compensation, Test Engineering, Scheduling).
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, focusing on delivery and experience.
- Develop talent acquisition processes by gathering role requirements and providing recommendations.
- Advocate an excellent candidate experience by supporting assessments, skill evaluations, and the interview and offer process.
- Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and research.
Benefity
- Competitive salary: 200,000 - 205,000 PLN per year
