R2R team Lead

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Record-to-Report processes and previous experience in an R2R Team Leader role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, R2R operations, and financial reporting processes.
• Practical experience working with SAP and other finance-related systems and tools.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Poznan office (3–4 days per week).

• Lead, coach, and develop the R2R team, ensuring effective workload distribution and high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex accounting issues, stakeholder inquiries, and process-related challenges.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
