• Detailed VoIP knowledge including SIP, SDP, (s)RTP, Diameter, IMS, with ability to explain call-flows on protocol level
• Experience with containers and cloud: Kubernetes (including kubectl, Helm), VMware
• CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, Artifactory
• Automation tools: Terraform, AWX, FluxCD
• Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• IMS & VoIP debugging: Wireshark, sngrep
• Agile tools: Jira, Confluence
• Familiarity with systems such as IMS-MRF, OneiDNS, VoIP Support Systems within IMS fixed network provisioning chain

• Analyze and design functional and technical requirements for Voice & Messaging systems, platforms, and AI services
• Develop, maintain, and automate testing for cloud-native IMS components
• Operate and improve Kubernetes-based telco platforms in a DevOps setup
• Support and automate CI/CD pipelines for high quality and fast delivery
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Participate in on-call duty and call-out procedures for critical systems
• Contribute to development of new AI Calling system enabling real-time speech processing and translation within IMS call flows
