D365 F&O Consultant

Our Client is an international company building a new MS Dynamics 365 Competence Center in Krakow.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O
• Good understanding of finance and/or supply chain business processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, system configuration, customization, and supporting implementations
• Fluent in English

• Gather business requirements and design solutions across Finance and/or Supply Chain
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and provide functional specifications
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization
• Map business processes to standard D365 F&O functionality
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and developers (X++, integrations) to ensure proper implementation
• Support system configuration, workflows, and business rules
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support
• Validate system functionality
• Support data migration activities
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UATs)
