Operations Engineer Linux

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role such as SRE, Infrastructure, or DevOps
• Proficient in English
• Experience with incident management and change management
• Working knowledge of JIRA
• Strong skills in SQL / T‑SQL
• Solid experience with Linux
• Ability to write scripts in Bash

• Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of supported products and services
• Maintain compliance with Service Management Standards and data quality controls
• Support incident identification and resolution following DevOps leadership guidance
• Communicate directly with stakeholders on issues, impact, expectations, and changes
• Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and meet RTO targets
• Deliver infrastructure engineering changes focused on user and customer experience
• Develop and deploy infrastructure meeting performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements
• Drive automation across build, testing, and deployment processes
• Enhance CI/CD, system monitoring, and overall service availability
• Build and maintain a digital environment supporting automation and quality code and data
• Support local initiatives such as service improvements and mandatory testing
• Stay updated with GO&A technologies and current tool expertise
