Digital Engineering & R&D Consultant with German

• Practical project experience in engineering, particularly in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences industries
• Initial experience in project management of complex transformation projects within engineering
• Degree in economics, engineering, natural sciences, or IT
• Knowledge of product development and its core processes
• Initial experience in strategy and organizational development in engineering
• Consulting experience in design, optimization, and implementation of product development processes is a plus
• Knowledge of engineering IT and virtual product development
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) topics
• High reliability and team spirit suitable for a global management consultancy
• Strong presentation, moderation, and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent English and solid German language skills

• Engineering transformation including strategy, processes, methods, and change management
• Strategy and transformation for product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM)
• Software and systems engineering
