Senior Digital Engineering & R&D Consultant with German

• At least 6 years of practical project experience in engineering (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, life sciences)
• Experience in partial or full project management of complex transformation projects
• Degree in economics, engineering, natural sciences, or information technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development and its core processes
• Experience in strategy and organizational development in engineering
• Consulting experience in process design and optimization in product development
• Ability to identify and achieve measurable cost reductions across product lifecycle
• Knowledge of engineering IT, virtual product development, and product lifecycle management (PLM)
• Strong presentation and moderation skills
• Excellent English and solid German language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Manage and lead complex transformation projects in engineering environments
• Design, optimize, and implement processes in product development
• Drive measurable cost reduction across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, manufacturing, and procurement
• Support engineering transformation including strategy, processes, and change management
• Promote digital continuity, digital twin, and connected value chain
• Facilitate cross-functional engineering collaboration and cost efficiency initiatives
