Production Support Engineer

Position at one of the world’s largest banks working on long-term stable projects involving production support for PB Client Onboarding and PB Client Reporting systems.

• Technological background is required.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, ITID jobs is an advantage.
• Risk awareness including identification, mitigation, and control.
• Inquisitive nature and a willingness to understand issues deeply.
• Knowledge of SQL and Database is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, and Linux is advantageous.
• Experience in managing GSD/ServiceNow Incident, Problem Records, and Change Requests is advantageous.

• Provide production support for PB Client Onboarding system and PB Client Reporting system.
• Provide incident analysis and work out solutions with development team.
• Manage Incidents and Problem Records as a Problem Coordinator via SNOW flow.
• Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with support colleagues, DevOps, and SRE teams.
• Respond to system alerts and take appropriate actions.
• Provide support outside office hours as needed, including weekend releases and maintenance.
