Software Quality Assurance Engineer [K/M]

Flytronic S.A. is a Polish company founded in 2008, part of the WB Group since 2009. They specialize in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles, engaging in development work in electronics, IT, and aeronautical mechanics. The company uniquely focuses on designing and manufacturing unmanned flying platforms, flight control and management systems, data transmission systems, and observation heads.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and managing automated tests
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and assurance processes
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Proficient knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with tools and concepts like Visual Code, SSH, Linux, VLAN, and communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, RS-232)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in Agile environments such as SCRUM

Nice to have:

• Experience with C++
• Knowledge of Qt

• Create and maintain automated tests using Python
• Participate in the development of overall system testing strategies and integration tests
• Define requirements and develop test cases
• Collaborate closely with developers to improve testability and ensure best coding practices
• Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures
• Perform manual testing
• Promote CI/CD-based programming and best practices in test automation
