Senior AI Consultant (f/m/x)

• Over 5 years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology advisory
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts including feasibility, costs, and risks
• Proven ability to lead workshops, solve ambiguous problems, and deliver recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Experience building business cases and scoping technology initiatives with effort estimation and ROI analysis
• Ability to translate between business and technology credibly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentations
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Residing in Poland required

• Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients to identify valuable AI applications
• Facilitate workshops mapping processes, uncovering pain points, and prioritizing AI use cases
• Build business cases including expected impact, cost estimates, risk, and timelines
• Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned with clients' digital transformation and business strategy
• Assess organizational and data readiness for AI projects
• Contribute to Sii's AI go-to-market strategy, defining service offerings and market positioning
• Write and present technical and strategic sections of proposals and RFP responses
• Stay current on AI capabilities and market trends to provide actionable client advice
• Collaborate closely with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility
