Dynamics CRM Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii is a company offering consultancy services and specializes in delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The role is based in Warsaw and involves working with prestigious global brands on high operational significance systems.

• Minimum 3 years of consultancy experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center
• Advanced level of English

• Lead design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
• Conduct thorough quality assurance with testing, defect resolution, and documentation
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation for delivery and handover
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and design complementary solutions
• Implement solutions emphasizing security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity
• Develop custom connectors and plugins using Visual Studio, C#, and other relevant languages
• Manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Azure DevOps for backlog and source control
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, break them down into tasks, and estimate throughout project lifecycle
