Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years QA leadership experience managing and mentoring QA or software testing teams.
- Strong hands-on software test automation experience for Mobile/Android (e.g., Espresso, Appium, Kotlin automation) and/or Web (e.g., Playwright, Cypress), preferably both.
- Advocate for UX and user experience with experience in visual regression testing, performance budgets, and latency benchmarks.
- Knowledge managing physical device testing labs, cloud device farms like BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm, and IoT/POS hardware systems.
- Experience promoting a shared-quality mindset encouraging developers to write automated tests.
- Practical experience or strategy for using AI/LLM tools to accelerate test script generation and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of articulating quality challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Kotlin, React (TypeScript), Python (Django), Go, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitHub Actions.
- Experience in Fintech, Merchant Services, Point of Sale, payment processing, or SaaS hospitality platforms.
Obowiązki
- Drive a "Shift-Left" Quality Culture by embedding quality engineering early in the software development lifecycle and promoting automated testing by all developers.
- Lead and coach a team of QA Automation Engineers and SDETs, managing career progression and team dynamics.
- Own and refine Test Automation Frameworks for Web and Android.
- Manage the Physical Device Testing Lab, integrating physical devices with cloud emulator matrices.
- Leverage generative AI and LLM-assisted tools to accelerate automated test authoring and maintenance.
- Maintain CI/CD testing platforms in collaboration with DevOps and Platform teams.
- Define and track quality metrics like user-perceived performance, test coverage, and defect leakage.
