Full Stack (.NET+Angular) Developer (EU)

Andersen is a company working with clients including Samsung, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, BNP Paribas, and others. The role involves a project focused on developing and maintaining a web-based administration platform for pension and profit management systems, aimed at streamlining administrative processes and improving operational efficiency.

• Experience with C# and .NET for 3+ years.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Web API.
• Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
• Experience designing and developing microservices.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern Angular versions.
• Knowledge of NGXS state management.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures, query optimization, execution plans, and joins.
• English proficiency from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:

• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions.
• Proven experience in software solution architecture.
• Experience defining development processes, best practices, and technical standards.

• Conduct code reviews of AI-assisted pull requests using a structured approach to identify defects and improve code quality.
• Provide technical feedback and mentoring to engineers to promote best practices and maintainability.
• Evaluate AI-generated code outputs, identify quality gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to training and refinement of AI models by analyzing generated code and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish efficient review processes, quality gates, and best practices for AI-driven development.
• Monitor review effectiveness metrics and optimize the PR review lifecycle to increase delivery velocity while maintaining quality.
