Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven leadership experience in database operations within a 24/7 environment
- Deep expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Always On (2019–2025)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Packer in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Snowflake and MongoDB in production or project settings
- Understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for building reliable, automated, modern data infrastructure
Obowiązki
- Lead and inspire a high-performing Database Operations team for 24/7 SQL Server environments
- Ensure stability, performance, and high availability of production and disaster recovery systems across hybrid cloud
- Oversee weekend maintenance cycles: automated patching, releases, reindexing, and planned migrations
- Drive automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer to reduce manual work
- Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and coordinate fast resolution minimizing business impact
- Champion operational best practices, reliability standards, and continuous improvement for the data platform
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on projects involving Snowflake and MongoDB
