Mid-Level BI Developer – IBM Planning Analytics & Cognos

The role is for a client who is a leader in enterprise analytics, focusing on critical applications such as IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos to support digital transformation and enterprise data solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI system administration or related fields
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data manipulation
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and management
• Knowledge of Cognos is considered a plus
• Experience with data verification and preparation processes

Nice to have:

• Certifications related to BI tools or data analytics

• Administer and support IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Cognos applications for performance and reliability
• Maintain and administer Windows Server environments supporting BI solutions
• Manage financial data loading ensuring timely and accurate integration
• Verify data consistency and integrity across platforms and sources
• Prepare and organize data for business analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows and processes
