Software Developer (Erlang)

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in software development with solid general programming knowledge
• Skills in software development, preferably using Erlang, Elixir, or other functional languages
• Fluent in English (B2+), written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of 4G/5G mobile network architecture (protocols, functions, etc.)
• Knowledge of software development tools and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of IP networking concepts and packet analysis (e.g., Ethernet, TCP/IP, UDP)

• Design, implement, test, and maintain features from requirements to deployment
• Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, troubleshooting, improvement, and knowledge sharing
• Analyze requirements and telecom standards and propose software designs
• Identify verification needs, develop and execute tests, troubleshoot faults to find root causes, and drive resolutions
• Work on technical documentation
• Contribute to improvements, innovation activities, and hackathons
• Share knowledge and learn from internal and external sources
