Site IT Operations Coordinator & Asset Specialist

Airbus is launching a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland to leverage Poland's talent pool and technological ecosystem in Propulsion systems. The role is based at the Airbus Poland Engineering center in Kraków, supporting IT operations for the Commercial Engineering Center.

• IT or engineering degree
• 3 to 5 years of professional IT related experience
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and logistics, including masterisation, leasing, and stock management
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations and business continuity
• Familiarity with ITIL Framework and technical support methodologies
• Fluent in English
• Resilience and stress tolerance
• Cross-functional communication skills to relay product updates, local issues, and hardware obsolescence to IT Product Manager
• Optimization mindset for improving system reliability and efficiency
• Rigorous attention to detail

• Perform asset management service masterisation actions, including hardware ownership, stock, leasing, and hardware support
• Ensure hardware provisioning, leasing, stock management, device enrolment, and local support
• Manage local hardware and consumables
• Ensure provisioning of new software packages and upgrades
• Maintain infrastructure operational condition per OLA/SLAs
• Monitor and track system performance against SLAs
• Manage Security Exception requests
• Communicate improvement, updates, and obsolescence management of products to IT Product Manager
• Provide 24/7 support as needed using automated scheduling and remote monitoring
• Perform ITIL-based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management, and participate in documentation and process building
• Analyze console messages, diagnose system failures, and take corrective actions, escalating as required
• Supervise system backup processing and lead disaster recovery tests
• Identify and implement technologies and processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and availability
• Propose continuous improvement solutions
