Software Lifecycle Support / IT analyst

• Proven experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or Software Lifecycle Management
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle activities, software governance, and technology environments
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of architecture principles, software processes, and governance frameworks
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with FlexeraOne or similar SAM tools
• Knowledge of FlexNet Manager Suite, Data Platform, ITAM, ITV
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel reporting
• Understanding of architecture and software governance
• Experience in software asset lifecycle management

• Maintenance and development of the Software Lifecycle Management process and related services
• Support for analysis and mitigation of obsolete software
• Cooperation with application owners, architects, and stakeholders
• Participation in software lifecycle-related audits and compliance initiatives
• Preparation of lifecycle-related reports, analyses, and recommendations
