Senior Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst

• 5–10 years of professional experience in data analysis, regulatory reporting, finance transformation, or related fields
• Proven experience with large-scale data sets and strong SQL skills with databases such as Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or similar
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data lineage, and metadata management
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, balance sheet structures, and financial instruments
• Good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and data quality frameworks like CRR and BCBS 239
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions using various technologies, databases, reporting tools, BI platforms, and calculation engines
• Experience in documenting business and functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to facilitate discussions and obtain approvals
• Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with JIRA
• Interest in and practical application of AI technologies to improve business processes
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality deliverables

• Analyze, interpret, and manage large and complex data sets to support regulatory reporting and finance initiatives
• Define, document, and maintain data structures, data lineage, and ETL processes across multiple systems
• Contribute to end-to-end solution design including data controls, reconciliations, analysis, reporting, and sign-off
• Document metadata and data lineage ensuring understanding of data sources and regulatory obligations
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements and ensure alignment
• Design and deliver regulatory reporting solutions using databases, reporting platforms, BI tools, and calculation engines
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of data governance, data quality, and reporting controls
• Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve efficiency and automate processes
• Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to track requirements and support agile methodologies
