Senior System Analyst

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for Grupa LPP, serving millions of users daily. The team builds and evolves IT systems supporting pricing management in retail and e-commerce, integrating data from multiple sources (sales systems, ERP, product data) using modern integrations like REST, Kafka, and Data Bus. They create scalable distributed architecture solutions to improve pricing policy management, operational efficiency, and omnichannel business development.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis in IT projects
• Proficient in SQL with ability to analyze data in system and business contexts
• Experience in system modeling using tools like Enterprise Architect and creating clear documentation with UML
• Experience working with APIs (REST): understanding contracts, request/response, and inter-system communication design
• Practical knowledge of integration topics including REST, Web Services, and Kafka with understanding of data flows in distributed architecture
• Experience using AI tools to save time and improve quality
• Ability to analyze edge scenarios, identify inconsistencies and risks, and propose concrete system solutions
• Quality-oriented in documentation, treating it as a real work tool
• Responsible and autonomous in own area, with good teamwork skills including with developers, QA, and Product Owner
• Understanding of end-to-end integrations and ability to analyze and design them in the IT ecosystem context
• Polish language proficiency at C1 and English at B2

Nice to have:

• Experience with UI/UX and knowledge of Figma platform
• Knowledge of architectural design patterns applied in software design

• Lead the analysis process: gathering and refining business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Design system requirements and co-create technical solutions with the development team
• Create and maintain analytical and technical documentation using Confluence, Enterprise Architect, Figma, and Miro
• Ensure process coherence and data flow, identify edge cases and potential logic gaps
• Define acceptance criteria and support the testing process
• Collaborate with system users, key users, and analysts from other areas for system development and integration
• Work daily with developers, testers, analysts, Product Owner, and Engineering Manager to find optimal solutions
• Analyze and design integrations using Kafka, REST, and Data Bus, ensuring communication completeness and coherence between systems
• Support the team with domain and technical knowledge and influence analysis standards and solution quality across the ecosystem
