• 3+ years of experience in IT project management including planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change and risk management
• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience managing projects under Time & Materials (T&M) and Fix Price contracts
• Good technical knowledge (developer, architect, system analyst)
• Experience in different domains such as FinTech and Healthcare
• Practical knowledge of Agile and software product development life cycle model (SDLC)
• Excellent planning skills with ability to switch between projects without losing focus
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and experience in requirements management
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Manage a pipeline of projects
• Manage timelines, risks, and business expectations of customers
• Ensure efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management
• Plan, control, and allocate project budgets
• Communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders
• Forecast project growth and decline
• Monitor and improve team performance metrics
• Perform RFP analysis
• Prepare evaluations of proposed solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals for clients, including presentations
• Build teams and manage project timelines
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise projects
• Communicate regularly with customers on business development, strategies, and objectives
• Maintain reports and necessary documentation for customers

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
