Our customer is a telecommunications and digital services provider delivering connectivity and communication solutions for residential, business, and institutional customers. The project focuses on transforming a legacy OSS landscape by defining a future target architecture and technical foundation to modernize systems supporting partner orders, field operations, ticketing, provisioning, monitoring, technical data management, and operational process control.
Wymagania
- Strong delivery/engagement management experience in consulting or IT transformation projects for 4+ years.
- Experience managing discovery, architecture, or transformation assessment projects.
- Experience with fixed-price delivery and change request management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong workshop planning and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage senior architects, analysts, and client stakeholders.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
- German language proficiency at Advanced level or above.
Nice to have:
- Experience in DACH / Austrian client environments.
- Telecom, OSS/BSS, infrastructure, utilities or network operations project experience.
- Experience with RFP/tender preparation or vendor selection support.
- Experience managing mixed remote/onsite teams.
- Experience working with procurement-driven clients.
- Experience coordinating multilingual teams.
Obowiązki
- Manage day-to-day delivery of Discovery and Target Architecture engagement.
- Own project plan, timeline, workshop calendar, and stakeholder involvement plan.
- Coordinate Andersen experts and client stakeholders.
- Manage onsite/remote workshop planning.
- Ensure German-language communication and moderation setup.
- Track assumptions, dependencies, risks, and open points.
- Manage scope control and change request processes.
- Ensure deliverables are produced on time and aligned across roles.
- Prepare and manage regular status meetings.
- Coordinate review and sign-off processes with the customer.
- Support commercial transparency around fixed price, travel assumptions, and change management.
- Ensure stable key personnel setup and manage replacement risks.
- Prepare client-facing governance materials and decision logs.
