Wymagania
- Expert proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI)
- Strong experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Hands-on experience with Databricks platform
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI or similar BI tools
- Solid understanding of data quality, data modeling, and data architecture principles
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams in complex environments
- Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively
- Proven experience in mentoring or guiding team members
Nice to have:
- Advanced knowledge of the Retail industry
- Experience working in large-scale, enterprise-level data environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems
Obowiązki
- Design, build, and optimize modern data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics
- Implement and manage extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes across multiple systems and platforms
- Ensure high data quality, integrity, and availability across solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business needs
- Support team decision-making and contribute to key projects and architectural decisions
- Mentor and guide team members by sharing expertise and best practices
- Troubleshoot data issues and implement long-term improvements to data reliability and performance
- Drive continuous improvement of data architecture, tools, and engineering processes
