Business Analyst with German

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst with German for a project modernizing OSS systems and supporting digital transformation in the telecommunications industry. The customer is a telecommunications and digital services provider delivering connectivity and communication solutions for residential, business, and institutional customers.

• Strong business analysis and process documentation experience for 3+ years.
• Experience in telecom, field service, utilities, infrastructure, network operations or similar process-heavy environments.
• Ability to document complex operational workflows clearly.
• Experience with workshops, interviews and stakeholder validation.
• Good understanding of requirements documentation.
• Ability to work independently with partial documentation.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with field service management systems.
• Experience with trouble ticketing / case management.
• Experience with partner portals or partner management processes.
• Experience in DACH / Austria / German-speaking client environments.

• Analysing and documenting partner-facing OSS processes.
• Capturing current workflows for installation partners, field-service coordination and partner order handling.
• Documenting how tickets and orders are decomposed across internal teams and external partners.
• Supporting process maps and current-state documentation.
• Identifying manual workarounds, unclear ownership, process gaps and operational risks.
• Supporting requirements definition for partner fulfillment, field service and ticketing.
• Supporting documentation of acceptance criteria from a business/process perspective.
• Working with the BA #1 on requirements catalogue and future process vision.
• Working with the System Analyst to connect process steps with systems, interfaces and data ownership.
• Supporting workshop preparation and follow-up documentation.
