• Fluency in English
• Strong practical understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery mechanics
• Understanding of the insurance industry, including core processes, products, sales channels, and business models
• Proven experience in leading development or delivery teams with direct accountability for deadlines
• Experience in digital/online sales environments such as e-commerce and self-service platforms is a strong advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with service-oriented approach
• Ability to independently manage topics without close supervision
• Strong prioritization and risk management skills
• Demonstrated success in leading delivery teams with focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Experience managing and developing cross-country teams fostering collaborative and performance-driven environments

• Take full accountability for the delivery of projects and features by the development team
• Ensure business requirements for online and direct sales channels are translated into working digital solutions
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across the development lifecycle
• Remove delivery obstacles and resolve cross-functional challenges impacting timelines or quality
• Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders for smooth execution
• Monitor progress ensuring delivery commitments within timelines and scope
• Identify risks proactively and communicate issues with mitigation plans
• Maintain strong understanding of development processes including environments, releases, dependencies, CI/CD, and testing flows
