Senior Finance Business Partner – Strategic Financial Analysis

Our client is a leading Polish provider of software quality assurance and technology consulting services.

• At least 7 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, or Finance Operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to bridge accounting with business decision-making
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
• Advanced skills in visualizing financial and operational data using BI tools
• Ability to present complex financial information simply through charts, visualizations, and executive-level reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Experience improving financial processes, governance, and internal controls
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence working directly with senior leadership
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Previous people management experience
• Professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CFA)
• Experience in software services or technology industry

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Deliver strategic financial analyses and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Build and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance reports
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability to identify business opportunities and risks
• Partner with business leaders to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Own finance-related operational processes, including cost allocation and invoice approval workflows
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and strengthen financial governance across the organization
• Collaborate with the accounting function to ensure accurate financial reporting and high-quality financial data
• Identify, design, and implement improvements and automation across finance processes
• Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases
• Support month-end and year-end financial review processes from a business perspective
• Promote a data-driven culture by improving the quality and accessibility of financial information
