Senior Solution Architect

TTMS is recruiting a Senior Solution Architect to lead integration architecture and systemic design across a multi-platform enterprise ecosystem, ensuring scalable and secure data integrations across multiple disparate systems.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect leading complex integration projects across multiple interconnected enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, data schema design, and data synchronization across distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend architectural decisions before cross-functional architecture boards.
• Pragmatic engineering mindset balancing best practices with business constraints, engineering velocity, and legacy system security and scalability.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MarTech ecosystems, including integration with Marketing Automation (e.g., Adobe), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), and Customer Experience platforms.

• Lead end-to-end architectural design of complex, high-throughput integration streams and define pattern-based integration strategies (event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous APIs, pub/sub, ETL/ELT).
• Formulate and enforce technical patterns, API contracts, and middleware strategies to align disparate systems.
• Present and defend technical designs and architectural decisions before the Global Enterprise Architecture Board.
• Define and govern data schemas, payload structures, and message formats in collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Standardize implementation designs focusing on non-functional requirements like error handling, retry policies, circuit breakers, and rate-limiting.
• Act as technical gatekeeper for external implementation partners, reviewing and approving vendor technical deliverables.
• Create detailed visual blueprints of system landscape, middleware layers, network protocols, and connection points.
• Document data flow lifecycle with sequence diagrams down to protocol level (HTTPS, WebSockets, gRPC).
• Produce comprehensive Solution Design Documents covering API specifications (REST/GraphQL/AsyncAPI), payload schemas, authentication/authorization, and failure modes.
• Translate business workflows into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and schema requirements for development teams.
