QA Test Engineer

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in manual software testing
• Very good understanding of API testing, practical experience with Postman/Swagger and REST API concepts
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, including defect tracking and test documentation
• Good understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Hands-on experience working with SQL
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
• Communicativeness, openness, commitment, and willingness for continuous development

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with SWIFT standards and ISO messaging formats
• Knowledge of securities and capital markets processes
• Understanding of settlement, issuance, and custody processes
• Experience working within the financial services industry

• Creating and executing test scenarios and test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Performing manual tests on various environments, including API tests
• Analyzing test results and ensuring proper documentation of testing activities
• Identifying, reproducing, and reporting defects and tracking them through resolution
• Preparing regular test summaries and quality reports for project stakeholders
• Working closely with developers, analysts, and other team members
• Creating, managing, and validating test data using SQL to support testing scenarios
