AI Product Manager - Von Halsky (f/m/n)

It provides parcel delivery via a network of intelligent lockers and is publicly traded with a market capitalization of about $5 billion as of March 2023. The company has over 10,000 people worldwide and is one of the largest out-of-home delivery providers in Europe focused on sustainable and efficient delivery solutions.

• 3+ years as a product manager on a product with a meaningful ML/AI component.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs in production including prompt pipelines, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Comfortable reading model metrics, A/B testing results, and qualitative user research to inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills to explain model tradeoffs to business audiences.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or recommendation engines.
• Background in e-commerce or logistics.
• International working experience.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Von Halsky assistant based on user behaviour, business value, and current model capabilities.
• Discover and prioritize use cases, designing experiments to validate them.
• Own the evaluation stack with engineering, including measurement of model output quality and closing the feedback loop for model improvement.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for consumers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, other product managers, and business stakeholders.
