• Senior experience (5+ years) in managing NetApp file storage solutions
• Proficiency in NetApp file storage (CIFS and NFS) in MetroCluster setup
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
• Knowledge of Distributed File System (DFS)
• Understanding of File Shares' security, access rights, and protection against cyber threats
• Preferably experience with OPSWAT
• Understanding backup of File Shares through Veritas NetBackup DNAS protocol
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Solution Architecture
• Understanding of DataCenter networking
• Experience with Disaster Recovery scenarios
• Experience in file storage migration
• Good to have experience with DataDobi StorageMAP
• Proficient experience with MS Office 365

• Support the deployment and configuration of the new storage platform
• Assist with solution design and technical documentation
• Plan and execute file storage migration activities
• Provide technical guidance during data inventory and cleanup initiatives
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure successful delivery of the solution

Technical support for storage solution replacement:

• Supporting solution installation/configuration
• Support in documenting design
• Data migration to the new platform
• Technical support to people handling unstructured data inventory and cleanups
