Scrum Master with Technical Experience

AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448) offers a remote position based in Wrocław, Poland, focusing on Agile methodologies and technical environments including DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Security.

• Several years of hands-on experience as a Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Team Facilitator.
• Proven experience working with global and distributed teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile ways of working.
• Experience coaching teams, improving collaboration, and enabling continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in technical environments related to DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Application Security.
• Basic technical understanding and practical experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

• Act as a Senior Scrum Master for the AppSec Platform team, supporting effective delivery and team performance.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support PI Planning activities and alignment within the AppSec Platform team.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Help identify and remove blockers that impact team productivity and delivery flow.
• Improve collaboration, communication, and ways of working within the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align priorities, expectations, and delivery objectives.
• Promote a healthy team culture based on transparency, collaboration, trust, and psychological safety.
• Support the team by leveraging technical knowledge and understanding of DevSecOps-related environments when required.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams working with modern development, security, and cloud technologies.
