Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity.
At least 4 certifications, including:
- 2 from cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent).
- 2 from project management and IT services (e.g., PM2 Advanced, Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation or equivalent).

Knowledge of security standards and frameworks, especially ISO 27001 and NIST.

Practical knowledge of project methodologies and tools such as PM2, PMP, Prince2, ITIL, and ServiceNow.
Experience managing budget, resources, schedule, and portfolio of cybersecurity investment projects.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work with stakeholders and suppliers.
Ability to prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management.

Complex management of cybersecurity projects at all stages, from planning to closure.
Planning project schedule, budget, scope, and resources, and monitoring milestone completion.
Managing risk, quality, and changes in the project to ensure timely achievement of business goals.
Coordinating project team work, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and supporting team development.
Collaborating with the Steering Committee, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
Supervising the delivery process of project products and compliance with applicable standards and security requirements.
Preparing project plans, schedules, reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Organizing and conducting project meetings and ensuring effective communication among all project participants.
Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and initiating corrective actions to minimize risks and ensure project success.
