Wymagania
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.
- Eagerness to learn and strong interest in pursuing a career in IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.
- Fluent in Polish and English at B2 level.
Obowiązki
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems reported by end-users remotely.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under guidance.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support personnel.
- Learn and apply best practices for system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Aid end-users with technical inquiries.
- Follow established procedures for user assistance and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver user training on IT tools and procedures.
