Wymagania
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or operations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Over 2 years building workflow automations with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of data hygiene, deduplication, and integration concepts such as APIs and webhooks.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, or background in logistics/e-commerce and multi-market operations.
Obowiązki
- Administer and configure InPost's CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 — including pipelines, custom objects, user roles, and permissions.
- Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Translate APM deployment workflows (site sourcing, lead-to-deployment pipelines, partner onboarding) into structured CRM logic.
- Ensure data quality across markets through audits, deduplication, field validation, and lifecycle management.
- Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline activity, deployment progress, and operational KPIs for international stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM configuration and process design.
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials; support onboarding and day-to-day CRM queries.
