Senior Product Owner / Business Analysis

• Previous experience in a similar role: Product Manager/Owner or Business Analyst.
• 4 years of experience on software development projects in an agile requirements analysis role.
• Experience working on multiple and varied large-scale projects delivering various software applications.
• Experience in web and mobile applications is considered a plus.
• Proven ability to work within teams using various software development methods including agile.
• Degree in CS or Computer Engineering or equivalent is a plus.

• Work with stakeholders and product managers to analyze data and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product.
• Understand end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
• Work closely with Tech Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements clarity and technical excellence.
• Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories for software development teams.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to focus work on maximum value aligned with product strategy.
• Define priorities for short-term delivery within sprints and longer-term delivery with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Solve problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to meet business commitments.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop detailed specifications for product features understandable by development teams.
• Increase transparency and enable direct communication between tech and business.
• Provide information to help teams make informed autonomous decisions.
• Support teams to meet commitments by removing impediments.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Ensure effective coordination, establish feedback loops, and orchestrate among teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Run refinement sessions to articulate delivery goals, refine stories, and capture team estimations.
