IT Project Coordinator

• Previous experience supporting IT projects, ideally within infrastructure or NAS/file share migrations
• Basic understanding of risk, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g., QRA/ORC)
• Familiarity with file services and NAS environments is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong coordination, tracking, and follow-up capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Manage migration activities ensuring execution aligns with defined milestones and timelines
• Coordinate with Business Areas and technical SPOCs to maintain alignment and communication
• Track QRA/ORC processes ensuring compliance with security and risk policies
• Organise meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items
• Provide clear status updates including risks, progress tracking, and blockers
• Identify dependencies and proactively escalate issues impacting delivery
