Salesforce Engineer (Revenue Cloud)

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Engineer (Revenue Cloud) for a project focused on developing Salesforce-based business solutions to support digital transformation initiatives. The customer is an international technology consulting company specialized in business process improvement, helping organizations enhance operational efficiency and automate processes across various business domains. The project involves migrating a theatrical production licensing management system to Salesforce, creating a unified platform to manage licensing lifecycle including catalog management, royalty collection, and material return management.

• 3+ years hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash architecture
• Proficiency configuring and customizing core entities: Quotes, Order Products, Contracts, Subscriptions, Invoices, Revenue Schedules
• Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, validation logic, approvals, and integrations
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ-style logic, pricing structures, or complex commercial workflows
• Proven track record implementing complex pricing engines, custom discounting rules, Advanced Approvals, and commercial restrictions
• Strong experience handling mid-term contract modifications including Amendments, Renewals, and Cancellations
• Programmatic skills to extend Revenue Cloud capabilities using Apex triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and building LWC interfaces
• Experience building secure integrations with intake systems and ERP/accounting platforms
• Practical experience managing transaction exceptions: balance tracking, disputes, refunds, credit/debit notes, overdue handling
• English language level: Intermediate+ and above

• Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architecture
• Active Salesforce Certifications (CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant)
• Revenue Cloud Certifications
• Experience with royalty-related commercial data model and settlement preparation
• Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, cash collection, Revenue Recognition)

• Implement Salesforce functionality including offers, pricing, approvals, contracts, and booking/order activation
• Support configuration and customization of commercial workflows, including contract terms and approvals
• Build logic for booking confirmations, deposits/advances, tax/payment setup, and booking changes
• Support billing and payment processes such as invoicing, balance tracking, refunds, disputes, and overdue handling
• Contribute to workflows for royalty-related commercial data and settlement preparation
• Handle exception scenarios like cancellations, pricing and venue/date changes, and amendments
• Integrate revenue-related processes with upstream intake/approval and downstream finance operations
• Implement pricing and commercial rules
• Automate contracting and booking lifecycle
• Support billing-adjacent platform logic and integration
