• Fluency in English
• Strong project delivery background in reinsurance and insurance IT project delivery
• Experience delivering critical and complex IT system-related projects
• Experience in Data Center & Cloud projects including migrations and infrastructure upgrades
• Proven experience in Agile and classical/waterfall software development methodologies (SCRUM, SAFEe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2), including test management
• Demonstrable change project management experience
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge and experience in state of the art information technology
• Ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams

Nice to have:

• German written and spoken language skills
• Experience in the Investment/Asset Management industry

• Managing projects of mid and large size and scope with responsibility for budget, scope, quality, and time
• Embracing an agile approach and methodology
• Conducting Risk and Issue Management for the project, planning and monitoring mitigation measures
• Managing third-party service suppliers, product vendors, and internal team members in a matrix responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with obligatory rules including regulators requirements according to Policies and guidelines
• Ensuring effective Stakeholder and Change Management and providing appropriate status reporting
