• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar qualification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a comparable system administrator role
• Strong experience in Windows Server Administration, including IIS, certificate management, and PowerShell
• Experience in MS SQL Server administration; basic Linux (RHEL) skills a plus
• Solid understanding of TM1 / Cognos Planning Analytics architecture, TM1 Server components, and ETL processes
• Ability to support API integrations using .NET Framework / .NET Core and work with R environments
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and ITSM/CMDB tools like ServiceNow
• Familiarity with VMware Cloud Foundation and virtualized infrastructure operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in global hybrid teams
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and quickly learn new technologies

• Administrate Windows Server environments, including IIS, services, and scheduled tasks to ensure reliability
• Support and maintain TM1 / Planning Analytics environments with understanding of TM1 Server architecture and Cognos integrations
• Analyze data failures in test cases, review data quality gates, and manage escalation to 3rd level support
• Manage MS SQL Server instances, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support API-based integrations built on .NET Framework and .NET Core to ensure operational stability
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot R/Python environments, including R scripts and APIs used in financial data processing
• Monitor system health, automate operational tasks where possible, and proactively resolve issues
• Provide services during standard business hours with some availability on Saturdays during closing periods
