Cybersecurity Engineer

The client is a fintech institution operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focused on modernising its digital capabilities and expanding its offering for micro-SME customers. Jit Team, the employer, is a Polish company with over 700 experienced experts, creating specialised teams for global clients, supporting educational and charitable activities, and offering professional development programs.

• Commercial experience as a Security Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, or Cloud Security Engineer in implementation/build capacity.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform security services and configuration.
• Practical experience implementing and integrating security tools including SIEM, IAM/PAM, DLP, CSPM, threat intelligence, and anti-malware.
• Ability to integrate multiple security toolsets into a cohesive platform.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience designing both logical and deployment security architecture.
• DevSecOps mindset with experience embedding security into cloud-native workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability to work from the office 3 days per week in Warsaw or Tricity.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PingAM or similar platforms like ForgeRock or Keycloak.
• Experience with SIAM integration patterns.
• Familiarity with financial services security frameworks and compliance.
• GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Kubernetes security.
• Prior experience building greenfield security infrastructures.
• Experience scaling proof-of-concept integrations to production readiness.

• Implement security controls defined by the project's security architecture across the GCP-based platform.
• Build and integrate SIEM capabilities by deploying, configuring, and connecting log sources.
• Integrate and configure IAM and PAM solutions including PingAM.
• Deploy and configure DLP, threat intelligence, and anti-malware tooling.
• Manage CSPM across the GCP environment.
• Build proof-of-concept integrations for security tool endpoints and scale them to production.
• Automate security infrastructure deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or scripting.
• Design security architecture at logical and deployment levels.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to embed security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Communicate security implementation status, risks, and decisions in English to leadership and teams.
