System Analyst

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst with PO experience for a project building enterprise integrations, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. The customer is an international organization in the financial and protection services domain, offering diverse customer-oriented solutions. The project focuses on designing and implementing an integration layer connecting multiple business systems to support insurance and customer service workflows.

• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST API, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.

• Project Management background.

• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications.
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
• Modelling business processes (BPMN), designing solutions, and building prototypes.
