Senior IT Analyst (Data & Analytics)

• 5+ years of relevant experience as IT Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
• Strong SQL skills, including complex query reading, writing, and analysis
• Proven experience working with complex business and functional requirements
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, data validation, and data hygiene
• Experience working with Hive and large-scale data environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently drive tasks, features, user stories, and investigations from start to finish
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with business users and technical teams
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and modern data ecosystems
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and CI/CD concepts
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with ability to quickly understand new technologies

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT and data solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into features and user stories
• Support design and implementation of advanced data and analytics solutions aligned with business needs
• Analyze complex business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive requirements analysis, solution refinement, and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through data analysis and validation
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Work as a member of an Agile cross-functional team contributing to planning, refinement, testing, and delivery
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies and ways of working
