Customer Engineer, Platform, FSI, Google Cloud (Polish)

The role is part of the Google Cloud Platform team which helps customers transform their businesses using cloud technology. The team supports a range of customers including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. The platform covers full-stack solutions from infrastructure to applications.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
• Experience engaging or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Programming, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops experience.
• Fluent communication in Polish for client-facing role.

Nice to have:

• Experience selling technical solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, Security.
• Experience driving full sales cycle and building long-term technical strategies.
• Experience migrating applications and services to cloud platforms.
• Experience with security concepts including encryption, identity management, access control, attack vectors, pen testing.
• Experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Energy, or Telco industries.

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting targeted sales motions.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture expertise to demonstrate value through demos, pilots, and workshops.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions and define delivery plans for customers.
• Facilitate post-sales transition including pricing support and handover to implementation teams.
• Maintain awareness of delivery progress and support cross-functional teams during ramp, delivery, migration, or implementation phases.
